Thanks Illinois Energy!

Dear Illinois Energy,

We could not be more pleased with the way the purchase and installation of our new front door and all of our windows turned out. From start to finish the whole project went smoothly with little or no difficulties.

It was obviously a bid decision to replace our front door and every window in our house. We initially decided to only replace the door since that was the most important item. Our experience with getting the new door installed went so well that we decided to go ahead and replace the windows right away as well.

Since getting the new doors and windows installed we have received several compliments. One person who does a lot of repair work in several of the newer Aurora and Naperville subdivisions told us that she thought our door was the most beautiful door she had ever seen We have also received similar compliments from friends and family.

We are also glad we replaced the windows just before winter so we could save on heating costs. Our most expensive monthly gas bill this winter was about $100 less than our most expensive monthly gas bill last winter.

The Illinois Energy representative, James Shropshire, was very helpful throughout the process. He showed us many different options for both the door and windows, clearly explained the pluses and minuses of each option, and continued to remain to contact with us during the installation process after we had made our decisions. He even followed up with us after everything was completed to make sure everything went as planned.

It has now been a few months since the project was completed and we have not experienced any problems. It is good to know however, that even if we did have a problem with any of the installed windows or doors, that we could call Illinois Energy and they would come over right away to fix the problem. The lifetime guarantee of the windows and 20 year guarantee of the door really provides great peace of mind.
